General Terms and Conditions – La Maison Vantée

Article 1 – Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: La Maison Vantée VOF, established at Schoolstraat 16, 5735 AK Aarle-Rixtel, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99112272.

Customer: Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.

Agreement: Any agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer through the La Maison Vantée webshop.

Products: All jewelry offered by the entrepreneur via the webshop.


Article 2 – Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.


Article 3 – The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

All products are crafted from exclusively and carefully selected stainless steel, chosen for its durability, quality, and refined appearance.


Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set forth therein.

The entrepreneur will promptly confirm receipt of the order by electronic means.


Article 5 – Prices and Payments

All prices stated are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full in advance using the available payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse an order if payment is not received.


Article 6 – Delivery and Shipping

Delivery within the Netherlands takes place within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery within the European Union within 3 to 7 business days, unless stated otherwise.

The entrepreneur bears the risk of loss or damage to the products until the moment of delivery to the customer.

In the event of loss or damage during shipment, the entrepreneur will provide a replacement product free of charge or refund the purchase price.


Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receipt of the product, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, has received the product.

During the withdrawal period, the customer shall handle the product and its packaging with care.
Returns are only accepted if the product is fully intact, unused, and undamaged.
Products that show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the item may be refused or subject to a depreciation fee.


Article 8 – Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days after the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be fully intact, unused, undamaged, and preferably returned in their original packaging.

The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Upon correct receipt and inspection of the returned product, the entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.


Article 9 – Warranty and Liability

The entrepreneur does not provide any additional or extended warranty on the products.

Normal wear and tear, discoloration, and damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow care instructions are excluded from liability.

The entrepreneur’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.


Article 10 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted by email to: info@lamaisonvantee.com.

The entrepreneur will respond substantively to complaints within 48 hours of receipt.


Article 11 – Privacy

The entrepreneur processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data is used for order processing and marketing purposes, as described in the privacy policy.


Article 12 – Cookies

The webshop uses cookies. More information can be found in the cookie policy available on the website.


Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where the entrepreneur is established, Aarle-Rixtel, The Netherlands.
