Processing your order

We will process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 11:59 PM will be shipped within 24 hours (on business days). Delivery is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping time Netherlands

After shipment, delivery time is on average 1–2 business days.
During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) delivery may take a little longer.
For countries other than the Netherlands, please read the section " International delivery times " at the bottom of the page.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.
This allows you to easily track your package.

Postage costs

Free shipping on orders over €40.
Any shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout.

In the country of destination, delivery is provided by the local postal service.
