14 Days Reflection Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt
to inquire by email at info@lamaisonvantee.com stating your order number.

 

Refund

If you return the entire order, you will receive:

• The full purchase amount

• Including the standard shipping costs for the outward journey

Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method than standard delivery will not be refunded.

⚠️ If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The costs for return shipping from your address to La Maison Vantée are entirely at your own expense.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back (for example, with a proof of shipment with Track & Trace), whichever is the earliest.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

• The jewelry must be unworn

• The product must be undamaged

• The product must be complete

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

If the product shows signs of use, damage or other depreciation, we reserve the right to deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

 

How do I return?

1. Send an email to info@lamaisonvantee.com with your order number.
2. You will receive further return instructions from us.
3. Pack the product carefully to avoid transport damage.
4. Send the package using a shipping method of your choice.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are specially made to measure or personalized

• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken (if applicable)
